I anticipate needing more than 2 hours of live support. Is there an option to pay for more training?

We sell a bundle of DWR Pro training – 10 hours of training for $1000. DWR Pro training is only available as a bundle, not hourly.

Is it possible to set up DWR Pro to run with multiple concurrent reviewers?

The short answer is yes. In this situation, Digital WarRoom will place a number of restrictions on how multiple copies are installed and maintained to avoid voiding any support services. There may be additional fees for installation support and other third-party software. Digital Warroom will insist that all licenses of DWR Pro are installed on a separate standalone server provisioned by you. Each reviewer would remote desktop (RDP) into the environment. You will need 1 license for each concurrent reviewer.
