Until recently, eDiscovery had been exclusively available to large firms with large budgets from tens of thousands to millions of dollars. Digital WarRoom aims to make eDiscovery affordable for any matter and any budget.
Digital WarRoom Pro is perfect for single users or small firms that would like complete control of their data and discovery. This eDiscovery on-premise software application is fully functional - offering the same features as our hosted subscriptions for a low price. With DWR Pro, you can process, review, and produce documents locally with no connection to the cloud.
The DWR Pro onboarding page includes information on hardware recommendations and installation steps for Digital WarRoom Pro. DWR experts are standing by for a product demo to further discuss and advise if Digital WarRoom Pro is right for your team. A Pro subscription also includes 1 hour of installation support (if necessary), 2 hours of training, and an unlimited email support desk.
Also consider our Single Matter hosted offering, a scalable solution that comes with one month of training. Migrate quickly and seamlessly between DWR Pro and the DWR Cloud at no cost.
For years, eDiscovery experts failed to find an answer to the eDna challenge - that is find an eDiscovery solution for under $1000/month. Digital WarRoom smashes the eDna challenge, providing desktop eDiscovery for only $150/month. In this 3rd party blog post, industry expert Tom O'Connor explores modern day solutions for reducing eDiscovery costs. His conclusion? Digital WarRoom Pro is an unbeatable value.

The short answer is yes. In this situation, Digital WarRoom will place a number of restrictions on how multiple copies are installed and maintained to avoid voiding any support services. There may be additional fees for installation support and other third-party software. Digital Warroom will insist that all licenses of DWR Pro are installed on a separate standalone server provisioned by you. Each reviewer would remote desktop (RDP) into the environment. You will need 1 license for each concurrent reviewer.
